Recent projects in Tourism & Real Estate:

Saudi tourism potential

A part of large-scale study into employment creation opportunities in the regions of Saudi Arabia, ERAS evaluated the potential for tourism in Jazan, Asir, Najran, Jawf, Tabuk and Hail emirates. This required extensive fieldwork in each emirate together with a review of all existing demographic and tourism statistics. The study resulted in the identification of thirteen resort cluster developments, which had a combined employment potential of 17,400 full-time equivalent jobs.

Sports clubs and equestrian centres

Several feasibility studies for sports clubs in Jeddah and Riyadh have been completed. These include general sport clubs, Tai Kwondo centres and other martial arts clubs, equestrian centres and skate boarding clubs.

Our work on these project included site location, concept design, market needs assessment and financial analysis.

Multi-purpose entertainment centre

A concept development and feasibility study was completed for a high profile entertainment centre in central Jeddah. This project included a full review of existing high profile multi-purpose venues around the world, a market assessment, the identification of the overall design concept and detailed design criteria, financial analysis and identification of potential strategic and financial investors.

Hotel development in Obhur Creek

This was a concept design study for a prestigious hotel development on Obhur Creek, north of Jeddah. The study included the identification of core facilities and services, basic design criteria, market assessment, evaluation of competition and financial evaluation.
