ERAS is familiar with both Islamic-compliant (Sharia) banking and interest (Riba) banking practices, and the variety of sources available for project finance in the Arabian Gulf region. Specifically, we have assisted companies in applications to the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF), Islamic Bank and a number of commercial banks.

We also have experience in locating funding for international joint ventures, though multilateral agencies such as the UN’s CDM programme and the British-Saudi Al Yamamah Economic Offset Programme.

Our experience in assisting with project funding allows us to develop projects that are bankable and produce comprehensive feasibility studies that provide all of the required information for funding organisations.
