Corporate strategy for a chemicals company

ERAS prepared a 5-year business plan for a multi-billion dollar chemicals investment company in Saudi Arabia. The business plan included business strategy, investment plan, market plan, financial projections, and recommendations for optimisation of organisational control and project management.

Regional development plan

We have also advised on strategic development on a country-wide basis. ERAS analysed local resources and market needs and designed a series of cluster-style developments for an Arabian Gulf country. We focused on economic diversification and the integration of SME opportunities.
